how was your weekend?

mine, as usual, was more awesome than the weekdays, thanks.

hehe.

anyways, we went to Sentosa on Saturday.

*we* consisted of me and some of the boys and girls from CVSS.

so i met my favourite bitch ♥ abit earlier to have lunch.

therefore we ended up waiting for over an hour for people to come last minute or whatever.

to however who came and made my Saturday, thankyou.

to those who didn't, too bad.

(oh& sad thing itah couldn't join us due to fever. next time kay?)

anyways, i have a few things up my sleeve already.

but gna concentrate on finishing up Year 2 for now.

i'm going to have the 2 months of holidays to enjoy.

yes yes, Sezairi won. we were team green that day(and every other spectaculars actually).

can i talk about '09 now?

well i shall, partially.

you know how i've said somewhere before that '09 sucked?

well yeah, it did.

for the most parts anyway.

but during the later part of the year, i guess i grew up.

i had to pick myself up and learn everything all over again.

i never said that was bad. i learnt that i was capable of being strong.

i learn that sometimes ignorance is truly a bliss.

and i also learn that although not ALL things happen for a reason, most things do.

most importantly, i learn that things are how you want them to be.

it's all in your head, your mindset.

actually, i learnt alot of things.

so many things that i couldn't put them into words.

i can, but it'll be so long that i'm sure it'll be a bore.

so in conclusion, 2009 could have been a better year if certain things didn't happen.

but i believe in fate, i believe that whatever happened and will happen has been *ehem* written in the stars.

so i'm praying for the best for my 2010.

and not just me. me and my girls. ♥

KL/Genting Trip

The day started at 6am for me.

actually, i did not sleep on Thursday night.

sister, me and Gergerl wanted to sleep on the bus so we decided to stay up.

and did i mention that it started to rain when we went out?

well yeah, it did. =,=

We trained to Farrer Park and took the bus from there.

met my uncle and Gergerl there, and waited for time to board the bus(had abit of breakfast).

boarded the bus and made our way to KL! At the back of the bus were three apeks and nyonyas and they were extremely talkative. =,=

but it wasn't distracting cause we were all listening to mp3s,duh.

We rested for a while over at Ayer Hitam if i'm not wrong.

i'm no good with road/places names kay thanks.

and here's my first complain of the trip :

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

i cannot even be bothered to say why.

the place just doesn't have good service PLUS the food is overpriced.

tsktsk.

okay so after that we reached KL in the afternoon and it started to rain.

=,=

so anyway, we took the LRT to the rented apartment area.

(it was my first time taking the LRT and it was soooo crowded,nothing compared to the crowd in Singapore buses or trains ok!)

and then we discovered that KL Plaza was under construction. =,=

as in, not the accomodation area, but the lobby where there was suppose to be starbucks and stuff. =,="

but anyways, everything else about the place was fine.

starbucks and 7-11 were all within a walking distance.

then we rested before going out again.

(this is the part where i put up the video of us, but it's seriously embarassing, so no. haha)

we went out again to explore random parts of KL.

Father brought us to this chicken rice place which means i'm going to blog about my second complaint of the trip :

again, BAD SERVICE. the waitress was extremely unfriendly and it was obvious she couldn't be bothered to wait on us. it's part of her job, right? anyway, the food was good enough so i shall stop. haha.

after that we roamed around and went on a mini grocery shopping at Giant.

cheap thrills okay! everything also cheap! haha.

so anyways got back to the apartment and decided to go for a quick swim.

it was nice cause it was empty and i could look up to see the naked sky.

stars are so hard to comeby nowadays. ok out of topic.

anyway, after that we headed back and snacked watched tv shared Subway and eventually fell asleep.

the three of us slept in the living room cause the adults get the bedrooms. we didn't mind and it was more fun that way anyway.

so at around 4am we were awaken by a very familiar voice.

the other group (Fad&fam, Firdaus&Kak Ika) took the night bus so obviously they reached later.

Second day was up&breakfast at ... some warong.

made our way to Pudu Raya and bought chendols, stopped by shops and stuff,then waited for the bus.

guess where were we heading to?

took a bus to the cable car which lead us to Genting Highlands!

do mentally remove the exclamation behind it.

another complaint : they were not efficient, at all!

we queued for over an hour to take the cable car, that's fine.

but as we were queueing, i keep seeing people being allowed to cut our queue. i really don't know how to describe it but it was honestly frustrating and my spirits were dampening.

but cable car ride was awesomely thrilling!

we were above the trees and within the clouds! hehe.

and eventhough it wasn't a totally wasted trip, i was still disappointed!

it started to rain so the outdoor theme park was closed. =,="

indoor theme park was crowded beyond words, so we decided to just walk around.

decided to eat MarryBrown which was another disappointment!

(need i add Extremely Bad Service too?)

forget that. so when the day at Genting was ending, we decided to take neoprints.

random but awesome, thankyou =D

made our way back to KL and headed to Petaling Street. it was the same as i remembered it and got a few stuff.

dinner and back to the apartment. we stayed up for abit to play cards and scrabble and eat nonsense early in the morning.

and this was honestly my favourite part of the trip. haha.

JUNIORS woke up groggily cause we slept late and only got a few hours of sleep. got ready and checked out of the apartment.

we get to place our luggages in a room so that we're free to roam around.

brunch was at awesome Subway(the staff there were alright).

after brunch, we headed to Times Square for the indoor theme park.

(another bad service fyi)

it was freaking awesome but one ride made my heart stop and head spin.

SO I MISSED OUT ON THE ROLLER COASTER RIDE WTF.

i'm so going back one day.

late afternoon collected our luggages and headed to Pudu Raya via the public bus. the bus attendant was more friendly than the staff in the shopping malls okay! =,="

anyway, headed to Petaling Street again and then late dinner at yet another warong. (the Kerang Bakar there damn nice please!)

we then waited for another hour for the bus. and even there has bad service when majority there were probably tourists. they told us the bus would reach at 1130 pm but we ended up waiting longer than that. and guess what? the bus wasn't at its supposed place, we had to drag our luggages to outside of the bus terminal to take the bus. (please note that we're all tired by now)

luckily the seats in the bus were spacious and awesome.

there were delays at both checkpoints and it was majorly sucky.

okaythxbye!

reached beloved Singapore at around 7am and twitter was the first thing in mind.

hehe.

okay i have come to the end of my blogpost on my KL/Genting trip.

and apparently parents want another trip next year and that's freaking awesome.

i can't wait till i have enough money to go on a trip with my girls!

okay so recently i've been unmotivated to blog proper thanks to school.

i've been going back to school alot during the term test week despite only having one paper this term.

and i went back to school on the Monday that was supposedly the day i start my break.

yes i'm complaining. but now that it's over (hopefully no re-presenting please), let's move on.

anyway, about a week ago i had EBM paper before the last SI spectacular.

so met ainrette early to study.

but uhm, we got quite distracted actually. hehe.

so anyway, do you guys watch Singapore Idol?

well i don't care if you don't cause you probably don't care if i do, but i do.

so yes, when it was announced to be a S vs S finals, we jumped for joy like this -

haha okay fine i bedek.

that was taken at the carpark during the break before the results of the Top 2 was out.

i do have pictures taken in the studio but it's with Fad so (as usual) lupakan saja.

then after that Tuesday, it was all schoolschoolschool until i cekik darah and fedup.

but one of the days i had dinner with sistalurbzxzx ainrette.

we 'makan besar' as a celebration.

(besar habis hahaa and celebrate ape pon aku tak tau ah sebenarnye haha.)

which is why mother stop asking so much about school recently.

bad karma, i'm slowly paying off my debts.

i think i deserve losing my phone.

it was my fault and i was careless.

maybe i got this for being rude to my parents before this.

or for not informing my mum and making her worried.

yes, i cried. but i know nothing can be done.

but like every other things or people i lost,

i didn't go off without trying to recover it.

i did. but like every other time, i failed.

i do not want to believe that it happened for a reason,

cause if there's none, i'll just be more disappointed than i alr am.

and am i cursing the person who took it?. no.

but i'm hoping she doesn't use the contents of my phone,

and just delete them off.

my heart aches so bad.

i know how easy it is to lose something/someone.

now i feel really incomplete.

my phone was literally my companion and always by me side 24hours a day.

i'm not interested in a new phone now. it's really not about not having a phone.

and my mum bought it for me eventhough i don't need a new phone.

when i first got it, the people who helped me meddle with it.

ever seen the stars?

sometimes i tend to look up to the sky at night.

i like to see the stars. but for almost a month now,

the sky has been .. naked.

and the moon seem so lonely.

hopefully one night the stars will come back and let me admire them.

but a few years ago,i was up at about, 4/5am.

needed the bathroom. but instead of going back to my room afterwards,

and get some sleep before mother's open house later on.
hopefully it won't be much of a hassle,unless parents' friends brought their children along. =/
i had a bad encounter with one child a few days back.
she's my mum's friend's daughter. about,3years old?
very demanding and annoying, if i might add.
thing is,i have to be nice cause i'm not related.

i've always had plans in my head on how i want my 18th to be,really.

first day started at ... somethingsomething a.m for me.
hehe. and then blabla,we headed to Jurong first.
yes. Ju-Rong. it's like ... beyond far okay.
but we went to CCK first to fetch my aunt.

haha. okay then went to visit my eldest aunt from my father's side.
i ate sotong there. hehe. cause this year mother didn't cook sotong for me. )=
okay then after an hour or so we left for Bukit Panjang, again,beyond far.
haha. but from Jurong not that far laa actually.
okay then fetch the purple family!. we headed to tampines .. (by now it's mother's side alr).
after everyone arrived,we left for Bedok. nighttime was over at BukitBatok,if i'm not wrong.
again,beyond far. haha. then we ended up Punggol and Bedok for the last few houses.
honestly,first day of raya isn't much of the visiting for me.
it's about spending the whole day with my cousins and all.
and ofcourse,seeking forgiveness from my parents before we leave the house.
it didn't matter what we were doing and where,as long as we do it together.
haha ceh. okay and in th pics,my hair is messed up cause it's stubbornly straight and refuses to curl for long. =,= oh&the colour .. well,assume all you want. bt it ain't that bad if you see it personally. haha. what im tryna say is,it's totaly not minah-ish,rly!haha.

it's been a crazy september,really.
and we're about halfway done.
september was a wonderful month for me last year.
and is tragic(really laaa) for me this year.

okay yea so here we go.
two iftars with two different group of friends.

first,polymates.
we went to geylang after our last paper.
(before that i met ainrette to study)

and then recently(yesterday actually),
went to geylang again with GFS(!) this time round.
as usual,incomplete. there was only the 4 of us.

in the morning we went to visit our late relatives.
went back home for awhile and went out again.
went to kallang river. parked at leisure park somewhere there.
though we didn't get to see much of fireworks,i didn't mind.
hehe. cause it wasn't very crowded and i like it that way.

on 08Aug09,i went out with gfs.
6 out of 7 came. hehe.
but we met the seventh(zurarara) for awhile at vivo.
yeap,we went to vivo on that saturday.
plan(sort of) was to go to pasirris beach.
but puteri lilin(aidah) and minah ngadangada(leha) said it was too hot.
HAHA. okay la i love you girls still okay.
i think vivo was a nice choice. (=
okay and since i have stolen pictures from all three cameras(hehehehe),
and i've concluded that the amount of pictures was definitely ALOT.

how fast time fly. next week is the last week of my year2.1 in poly.
like woah,right?. honestly 2009 hasn't exactly been a great year.
but i still have four months to make up for it,right?. riiight.

i ended my july by not going to school.

i love how we have this love-hate relationship.

so i have about,three more weeks before study week starts.
and a month away to exams.
and 5weeks before my vacation starts.
hopefully my papers will end quickly.

right now,there's so much on my plate due to past procrastinations.
and if i had one wish that can be granted right now,
it would probably be to crawl into a deep hole and die in there.
i need a clear mind to face certain things but a clear mind wont be coming until 5more weeks.
so lady luck, i need your charms.

if you've been checking for updates everyday,
it means you've been disappointed seven times.
which means it's exactly a week since i last update.
let's move on.

last saturday (13/06/09)
met the usual relatives and went to ParkwayParade.
ate and stuff and headed to Bedok.
a distant relative passed away and we went for a visit.
i havent ask fad for the pics yet, but i managed to get some frm gergerl.
i might/might not ask from fad and update them at a later date.

past monday(15/06/09)
me and the someone went for an adventure.
or quest. but adventure sounds nicer eh. heh.
so he made his way here (sengkang) and we proceed to hougang.
hougang no hap, so we went to seranggooon...also no hap.
but i tell you,serangoon north ave 1&2 hap manymany birds.
no,not the usual birds that i avoid, the birds in cages and they make manymany noise.
&their wings will flap and make sounds that just....scares me. ya la,i kental like that,how?
but anyway, i managed to walk past a few.
but when we turn a corner there's this one loooooooooooooooooooooong row of birds. crazy,really. go figure how i walk past them. =P
so from serangoon we went to plaza singapuraaa.
&finally hap the something that he wants.
hehe. and final destination was pasir riss.

yeay!. two hermit crabs bought. =D

early in the morning i went out ....

went out with cousinsss. finally.
we went to orchard.

okay so hello i'm here again.
i do not like the new blogskin,but since i wasted my time on it,
i decided to put it up.i rly hate it,but gergerl said it was okay. hmm
.. saved the previous one though,really liked that one.
yes,i need your comments/criticism/advice, whatever. =,=

so i sort of started my 'holiday' the past week.
but we still have to sit for term test riiight.
so on monday,i went for a study date with two beloved people ever.
and so much for studying ... i really think we cannot make it la. haha.
okay maybe just me eh.
we studied for ... an hour?. then we went to compass point.
(yes!. the boy who is always west-at-heart and the girl who is forever at tampines came to SK!)
then we bought things to make baini's birthday card!. hehe.
yes baini,we started on monday. sorry if it isn't much. =/

yes,speaking of which,we surprised baini on friday!.
it was the last paper for termtest (we only have 3papers this yr!)
her birthday is during the hols. we're afraid we wouldn't get to meet up.

then after the paper we surprised her with a cake.

okay so let me update a teeny bit about what has been happening in my life.

let's go back to the saturday before the last.
no,let's not. because i cannot remember anything about that day.
okay,moving on to the next day which was the 10th of May. mama's day ah.
cousins went to vivocity. with mothers and all ofcourse. but we did not really celebrate.
but we had fun. i guess that's all that matters la. (=

okay and then 6days after that which is the 16th May, or was that on 17th also,i not sure ah.
we(cousins and all again) went to ehub for bowling and to celebrate fad's bday in advance.

and the other day i went to meet the gfs for a lil while at leha's chalet. mini celebration for azura's eighteenth. (mine seem so so sooo far)

i stayed home this weekend. okay not really.
saturday i went to school for my study date ♥ and completed CMSK samasama.
actually. yea,that's all i have to update about life.

some things about school,no complains actually.
i guess we're used to system they have that .. we're sorta accustomed to it.

CMSK assignment to be handed in, lab tests coming up.
and then the term test period will sneak in.

last week,last saturday,met the cousins as usual.
and we went to parkway parade. spent most time at the arcade. (=

X-MEN ORIGINS : WOLVERINE
watched this with someone.
i liked the movie.
but i don't rate,don't find the need to.
go watch it yourself and judge it.
different people different views right?.
anyway,loved that day.

and then,on the same day. at about 10pm,i watched JANGAN TEGUR.
i didnt want to put the movie banner here,reminds me of the movie.
its .. idk. it's scary lah,but again,depends on individual.
if you've been through many horror movies before,
this movie is kinda like, in between the good ones and the bad horror flicks. =)
oh and no,that's not the awesome part.
you know what's awesome?. the fact that we went to watch the movie together,like ramai2.
there were seventeen(or so) of us all together.
ok so maybe you people ever went to the movies with more than 17 people.
but 17(or so) is alr alot to me okay.
